REFUNDS AND RETURNS: 

At Voyage Swim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy outlined below, which applies to all orders placed with Voyage Swim and is in accordance with U.S. laws.

For hygiene reasons, we kindly request that you try on Voyage Swimwear pieces over your underwear and refrain from removing the protective sticker. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been worn or shows signs of marks, stains, or pulls.

If, for any reason, your purchase isn’t suitable, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that items returned beyond this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with hygiene liners intact. Additionally, the swing tags must be attached. We cannot accept items that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged, or laundered due to health and hygiene regulations.

We offer the following options for returns:

FULL PRICE ITEMS:

    Refund: You may choose to receive a refund for the full price of the item.

    Store Credit Code: Alternatively, we can provide you with a store credit code equivalent to the full price of the item.

    SALE ITEMS:

      Voyage Swim sale merchandise is considered final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

      Price adjustments are not available for previous sale purchases.

      Please note that Voyage Swim sale items are exclusively available on our website, voyage.com.

      If you have any questions about your purchase or need assistance with a return for faulty or damaged items, please email us at info@voyageswim.com, providing your full name, purchase date, and item details. In your email, please state the reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the return process.

      Please be aware that Voyage Swim reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions of our return policy at any time.

      For eligible Sale Returns, as determined during the initial inquiry stage, we will promptly provide a replacement item or issue a store credit upon receiving the returned item. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

      Please note that return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is necessary to include a prepaid postage satchel with tracking when returning the item.
